  • analytics shared with enterprise clients are strictly high-level and anonymized (e.g., aggregate data on views, likes, or reviews). we never include personally identifiable information (pii) in these reports.

  • we retain only necessary billing and transaction details (e.g., billing address, last 4 digits of card if applicable) for verification, dispute resolution, and accounting purposes. these are treated with strict access controls and security measures.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We do not store or process full credit or debit card details on our servers. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider, which complies with PCI-DSS standards to ensure secure handling of payment information.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, X, or other social media account. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in the section called 'HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?' below.

  • Analytics for Enterprise Clients. We provide high-level, anonymized analytics to businesses listing products or content (e.g., number of views, clicks, and reviews). No personal or identifiable user data is shared.
  • Promotional Campaign Fulfilment. If you purchase a promotional package (e.g., for Jobs, News, Gadgets, or Tools), we use your brand assets (logo, product name, etc.) and public profile information to create and deliver the campaign.
  • Customer Support and Helpdesk Enquiries. We use your information to manage and respond to support tickets or contact form submissions via our helpdesk system.
  • Content Visibility Control. Some personal information, such as your username and optional bio, may appear publicly with content you post or review. You can manage what is visible via your account settings.

  • Subscription Notifications. We use your email to send essential platform notifications included in your Pro or Pro Plus subscription—such as new job postings or AI tool updates. These are service-related messages, not promotional emails.

In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e. legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with applicable laws and regulation, to provide you with Services, to enter into or fulfil our contractual obligations, to protect your rights, or to fulfil our legitimate business interests.

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
